Peter and and his wife Dr. Didi Watts have over 40+ years of combined experience in the areas of education, ministry, and business. They have worked with leaders from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and socio-economic statuses across the country. Their impeccable focus on leadership development in education, business and ministry has allowed them to travel the country teaching, training, and equipping youth, young adults as well as adult leaders from different industry sectors.

In the area of education specifically, as former traditional public schools and charter school administrators, teachers, and school site leaders they have helped both directly and indirectly over 50+ youth who are either entering college, graduates of major universities across the nation or flourishing in their careers as leaders of their industries or entrepreneurs in the city.
